Wishlist #1: The oversized scarf
Hey there,
Today I’d like to talk to you about oversized scarves, first because it’s one of the very few items on my shopping list for my next capsule (winter), and second because they’re super stylish.
A couple of years ago, we started to see them on stores, and I kind of wanted to buy one, because they’re so damn cozy and beautiful, but I ended up buying a bunch of other stuff I didn’t need. But not this year! By this winter I’ll have a super cozy and fluffy oversized scarf. Here are some pics with ideas of patterns, colors and how to wear them.

Sunday food ideas #1
Hello there,
I hope you’re enjoying your weekend as much as I am. Today I decided to start a new segment of this blog, every Sunday I’ll be basically sharing some ideas that I’ve adopted/had to make your food tastier/healthier and cool healthy recipes too.
Ok with that being said, today I’ll give you a very simple idea: pumpkin rice. Basically when you make rice, join some pumpkin, cut it un cubes and let it boil with the rice. It’s delicious and it doesn’t take much work, you just have to cut it and join and it doesn’t take more time to boil than the rice.

Workouts to try

Today I’d like to talk to you about some workouts I’ve tried in the past, and also make some recommendations.
Almost every fitness journey begins with the desire of losing weight, which is pretty common among women (you know beauty standards and all that society pressure). Now I recommend that you don’t enter this kind of journey until you attain a good degree of self-acceptance, this might sound kind of mean, but the truth is until you accept yourself and understand your own humanity, it’ll be very difficult to cope with failure – and trust me everyone fails, occasionally. I must point out that probably most of the great lessons I’ve learned in life came with failure. In conclusion: it’s fine if you aren’t perfect at exercising/eating clean everyday, and that’s something that you should embrace, because good things come with this attitude.
Anyways, exercising and moving is always good for everyone, so even if you aren’t at that point yet you should definitly try these out:
